Picturesque Chefna valley. One of those beautiful streams here, originating on the plateau of the Parc Naturel des Sources. The steep drop and rocky bottom make it unique. The water cascades over the boulders in waterfalls and pools. It flows gently now (July), but it will be raging in the rainy season.

The hike along the Ninglinspo and Chefna streams is one of the most beautiful hikes I have done in Belgium so far.

In the upper part, the path leads several meters above the stream and in the lower area very close to the water. Overall nice trail.

The Chefna is the little brother of the Ninglinspo, less dramatic but much quieter and just as beautiful. The area is less known, so you will find far fewer hikers here.
