Follow trail 650, which is very fun but difficult in places. It's best to do it counterclockwise, as I did, to avoid finding yourself in Hell's Valley on the way up. Watch out for rocks on the way down, too. Follow the red and white markings.

Spectacular view as far as the eye can see with Lake Bolsena in the foreground and above all access to the trails of Mount Amiata.
