Local trout cavort in the clear mountain stream in front of the Schliereralm. Freshly caught and roasted in the house style and seasoned with our own alpine butter, they are served with Lungauer Eachtling as a delicacy. Other specialties are the Lungau Kasknödelsuppe, Wiener Schnitzel, baked with home-made butter and the delicious Kaiserschmarren.
