The walk up to this point is through moorland and meadows. The castle itself is definitely worth a visit. We've already had a personal tour of the museum here, as we were the only visitors.

It's a pity that Blücher Castle in Fincken has not yet found an investor - we spent a week in the Kavliershaus next to the castle - it is a beautiful hotel and very quietly located

Manor house: Neo-Gothic, 2-story, 13-axis plastered building from 1879 with a mezzanine floor, 3-story central projection and two side gable wings with stepped gable. Will be extensively renovated in 2018. Source Wikipedia. Unfortunately not accessible.

Unfortunately, the restored castle can only be admired via a fence, since the lord of the castle probably does not wish to visit. Still an impressive sight.
