The alpine pasture described by "Gipfelglück" is not the Hintere Längentalalm. That would require a small detour from the specified route, and it is definitely (!) open most summers.

The hut is not staffed, but there is a well-enclosed fountain where you can refill your water bottle. The corner here is called "By the good water". Well, we don't need to be told twice.

Since 2023 you have also been able to go swimming on the opposite spot from the "old lido" via the jetty at the hut with a bathroom, a fantastic spot!

Unfortunately, the Kreut-Alm was closed (beginning of August 2022). However, you can also enjoy a cool beer in the open-air museum.
