Colle Gallo is a classic among the Bergamo climbs. The climb from the Val Seriana side is slightly longer and gentler: around ten kilometers with maximum gradients under 8% for a height difference of just over 400 m. We go up the beautiful Lujo Valley. A short but steep climb that cuts your breath a little, but deserves to be tackled. If you have time, a visit to the sanctuary of San Giovanni alle ants is worthwhile. If only for the name! From the pass take the road that leads directly, it is a minor detour. The Monastery is a super location for weddings and if the day is nice there is a great view of Lake Iseo
