The old town square in Sulęcin. The town hall is missing, as it was burned by the Russians at the end of the war and then dismantled to take the bricks to Warsaw. The Fountain of Good Neighbourhood now stands on the site of the town hall.

In the 1990s, a Polish-German agreement on cooperation between border municipalities was signed in Sulęcin. As part of the efforts to achieve reconciliation, the Fountain of Good Neighbourhood was created in the market square in Sulęcin. It was built with the support of the Phare fund and the residents of Beeskow, and the author of the figures is the Gorzów sculptor Zofia Bilińska.

The church from the 14th century was built by the Templars. Initially a modest single-nave temple building made of granite cubes, covered with a cross vault, it was expanded many times over the following centuries. In the 15th century, a tower was added on the western side of the nave. It gained its final form in the years 1899-1900. At the end of the war, the church was burned down. Renovations carried out at the turn of the 1940s and 1950s gave the church its current appearance.

The Church of St. Nicholas in Sulęcin was built by the Templars in the 14th century, but scientific research mentions an earlier temple that existed here in the 13th century.

Sulęcin's market square is an open space. A square with benches and a fountain. There is also a Sulęcin bicycle there, which is meant to commemorate the September demonstrations.

Sulęcin is a town in the Polish Lubusz Voivodeship with 10,005 inhabitants. It is the seat of the urban-rural commune of the same name with 15,633 inhabitants and the district town of Sulęcin County.

The railway bridge, which runs over the red stream and over the red bicycle trail (PTTK), is a component of the railway line from Rzepin to Międzyrzecz (from the former Reppen to Meseritz), which physically exists to this day, despite the fact that it is practically closed. Sometimes you can see a handcar passing by here. The last time I saw a 5-car freight train here was in 2020. Even in post-war times, about 200 m west of this bridge, there was a switch, thanks to which rail transport to Gorzów via Lubniewice took place. This place can be easily recognized by observing the widening and subsequent forking of the railway embankment. The railway line from Sulęcin to Gorzów was finally dismantled, and its memento in the immediate vicinity is a railway viaduct over the black bicycle trail (about 150 m north-west of the railway bridge).
