Cycling can hardly be more beautiful than here - in the forest and close to the lake! The cycle path is beautifully curvy, but not too curvy. An experience!

A real idyll with a very attractive, diverse forest environment. Large stands of spruce trees and strong individual specimens. You can't go around the Papensee, but there are at least two good places to swim, and not just at the northern end!

Here are the remains of a former GDR holiday camp that was abandoned due to the nature of the ground. After reunification it was still used by the Bundeswehr.

The Papensee near Liebenberg in Brandenburg is an idyllic body of water surrounded by a beautiful landscape. The lake is a popular destination for hikers and nature lovers. There are numerous hiking trails around the lake that lead through forests and meadows. Here you can enjoy nature to the fullest and escape from everyday life. The routes are not too demanding and are therefore well suited for families with children or for older people. The Papensee is about 17 hectares in size and has a depth of up to 8 meters. Here you can swim or just enjoy the tranquility. The lake is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and offers numerous photo opportunities.

The circular route around the Weißer See is about 7 kilometers long and leads through a varied forest, across meadows and along the lake. The route is not too demanding and is therefore well suited for families with children or for older people.

The most beautiful view I know of the Great Lankesee from the south bank. This is easy to reach via a small path.
