The path up the mountain to the viewing platform is beautiful. Boulders are scattered everywhere, and the climb is over hill and dale.

A road leads to the Italian ossuary and St. Anthony's Church above Kobarid, where the Stations of the Cross are located. The military monument and memorial is shaped like an octagon with three concentric circles that narrow toward the apex of St. Anthony's Church; it can be circumnavigated on several levels. A private museum collection is located next to the ossuary.

Tonocov grad is an important ancient hilltop settlement, inhabited as early as the Stone and Iron Ages. Information about the archaeological site is available on-site in several languages. From here, you can also enjoy beautiful views of Kobarid, the Soča Valley, and the surrounding mountains, including Krn.
