Beautiful! We were here in early spring, and not all parts of the path were easily passable because there were still deep puddles to navigate around. This meant the route had to be planned carefully. Also, the boardwalk ends practically in the water at one point, so it's best to plan your visit for later in the year.

A beautiful viewpoint towards the Nagelfluhkette mountain range with a bench for resting, whether you're climbing the "Rüssel" ramp or walking down from the Schletteralm. However, if the bushes continue to grow so quickly, the view will soon be obstructed.

Extensive forests surround the Schwarzer Grat. Directly near the summit, you hike through a lush green forest that repeatedly offers views of the Allgäu region. The partially exposed roots are particularly impressive.

The Monastery of St. George (patrons: St. George and St. James the Elder; since 1806 Isny Castle) is a former Benedictine abbey founded in 1096 in Isny im Allgäu, in the Diocese of Constance, and existed as a small imperial abbey from 1782 until secularization.

The Hafendeckelturm (Harbor Cover Tower) was built in the mid-16th century to reinforce the city wall. The former defensive tower now stands isolated in the green area that marks the line of the demolished fortifications.

The Espantor is one of Isny's two remaining city gates. Beautiful parks stretch out in front of it.

The Raggenhorn, or perhaps the Raggenhorn, is a ridge that can be reached on one side via a steep meadow and on the other via a rocky path through the hedges. From the summit, you have an incredibly beautiful view. Next to the cross, there is a memorial stone and a few benches for resting.
