멀리서 돔의 약간 왼쪽, 작은 너비의 중앙에 위치한 뫼벤섬(Möweninsel)을 볼 수 있습니다. 또한 뫼벤베르크(Mövenberg) 또는 덴마크어로 마게왼(Mågeøen)이라고도 불리며 높이는 약 3-5m에 불과합니다. 이곳은 조류 보호 구역입니다. 이곳은 소위 뫼벤쾨니히(Möwenkönig)가 감독하고 관리합니다. 1115년경 섬에는 성도 있었는데, 2023년 대홍수 때 일부 벽돌과 다른 잔해들이 씻겨 내려왔습니다.
