The manor house (the so-called "Old House") was probably rebuilt in the Renaissance style between 1550 and 1570, or a new building called the "New House" was added. Every year on the 1st weekend of July, the traditional castle festival takes place with a historical parade, knight shows, dancing and fireworks.
