Charming place to ride through and enjoy the scenery!

When the light is on, it's all over, is what the Koch winery says. And it's worth stopping by. Connoisseurs treat themselves to something special from the wine cellar. Culinary delights are stored there... it's worth daring.

Weekly market every Saturday simply good

The local community is located five kilometers southwest of Edenkoben between the Haardt, as the eastern edge of the Palatinate Forest is called, and the Rhine in the Weinstrasse region. The community also includes two exclaves in the Palatinate Forest. Hainfeld also includes the Mittelmühle residential area. Neighboring communities are - clockwise - Rhodt unter Rietburg, Edesheim, Roschbach, Flemlingen, Burrweiler and Weyher in the Palatinate. One exclave borders clockwise - including exclaves - on Ramberg, Weyher in der Pfalz, Edesheim and Burrweiler. The one further west borders on Edenkoben, Edesheim, Burrweiler, Roschbach, Flemlingen, Landau in der Pfalz, Weyher in der Pfalz, Edesheim and Rhodt unter Rietburg. If that's too much information for you, just drink a glass of wine. But Merlot and Scheurebe are rarely available here.

The view of the Rhine plain - with delicious Palatinate specialties - is ALWAYS part of our vacation for us. We have been coming to the Palatinate for many years and our very first trip has often been to Landeck!

There is a beautiful old church in the center of the village
