I cycled the Regental cycle path from Cham to Furth im Wald and back. The entire route is asphalted, with a few slight inclines. Just before and after Arnschwang you have to cycle on the road for 100m, otherwise you are always on the cycle path. Very busy. But highly recommended

An absolutely fantastic cycle path. The nature is a dream. It is very busy in summer but it is worth it

Passed by here on today's bike tour 😉 There are many great opportunities for hiking and biking in the area 👍 Highly recommended 👌

Various loops to hike around some quartz rocks and a quarry. Mainly in the shady forest. A few places are muddy. Signposting could be better as there is no reconciliation between local route markings and most popular hiking maps. So there are the 4 several times in different colors or backgrounds - very confusing.
