The Schlossberg in Rotenburg is a historically significant place. Although the original "Rode Burg" was demolished long ago, some remains are on display. The hedge planting indicates the former course of the fortress walls. The Schlossberg is part of the approximately 8 km long cultural trail and offers a beautiful area with apothecary garden and agricultural outbuildings.
