the culture path towards Goethestrasse. At the end of the street

attention is drawn to a beautiful old half-timbered house: the "Alte Apotheke", a house from 1835 with a pretty entrance area that has often been photographed and painted. There is a brass knocker and door handle on the door, made by the iron foundry of Ehlermann and Kovatsay. This company existed in Rotenburg for a few years. (Rotenburg culture trail)

At the end of the Stadtstreek in Rotenburg's pedestrian zone, your attention will be drawn to a beautiful old half-timbered house: the "Alte Apotheke" (Old Pharmacy), a house dating back to 1835 with a charming entrance, which has often been photographed and painted. The door features a brass knocker and door handle made by the Ehlermann and Kovatsay iron foundry.

Even today, there is a pharmacy inside, which has a very special charm. When you step inside, you feel a little transported back to another time.
