At this point there is an informative information board about the Raunheim oil harbor bridge. A view of the port area is possible. Below the bridge directly on the Main, tankers can be observed entering and exiting the port. Since the ships turn 90 degrees here, a detailed assessment is possible.

The eye-catching oil port bridge was built in 2013. The ascent is wound in an S-shape. Below the bridge there is a rest area with benches. The bridge offers a view of the Main, but not of the oil port. This can be seen from the Raunheim side.

The Nidda rises in Vogelsberg at an altitude of 720 m and flows into the Main in Frankfurt-Höchst. Today she covers around 90 km. Before its regulation in the 1920s and 60s, its river length was almost twice as long.
