Hinterfrankenberg Castle Ruins is an interesting place

Hinterfrankenberg Castle is the second castle on the Frankenberg, next to Frankenberg Castle (Vorderfrankenberg Castle). Both structures are only about 62 meters apart. Hinterfrankenberg Castle is the older of the two structures. At its maximum length, the castle was 230 meters long. The castle area was protected by several outer castles and ditches.
