The Imberghaus is a cozy mountain inn right next to the mountain station, ideal for a break after the climb or a hike across the alpine pastures. Enjoy the view of the Allgäu and Bregenzerwald mountains and the valley from the terrace. It's the perfect starting or ending point for hikes and snowshoe tours around the Imberg.

The climb was strenuous, but worth it. The food was very good that day (venison goulash with dumplings). Roofers had replaced the roof.

The Alpe Obere Kalle lies at an elevation of 1,201 meters and is part of the Alpsee mountain range, not far from the Grosser Alpsee in the Konstanz Valley in the Upper Allgäu region. The dishes are homemade and delicious, especially the lentil curry and the carrot cake with icing.

The Imberghaus is located at an altitude of 1,225 meters right next to the mountain station. You can stop off here all year round and warm up in the parlor or enjoy the view on the sun terrace.
