Beautiful circular walk around the lake

The lake is a dream. Many bays around let everyone find their place. Even with a dog 👍🏼👍🏼 Mobile toilet houses were set up in places. At one point is a restaurant with a beer garden. Possibly take water shoes with you as the beach is rocky.

There is something special about hiking on the preserved remains of the walls of the ramparts, some of which are still ten meters high. The ring wall runs around the area of the former Celtic settlement over a length of over four kilometers. The ramparts consist of a deep ditch (“Hunnenschlucht”) with a spring, foreangle, rocks with a wing wall, rock bastion, forest section, “Hüll” (waterhole), quarries and four gates. There are well-made display boards with relevant explanations in various places.
