"My name is Roland Zimmermann. I didn't originally plan the observatory. Well, looking back, in 1997 a small plant sprouted that has since grown into a tree. Today, even the observatory is only a part of the 4,000 square meter astronomy park. The park is home to many astronomical models. These are all unique and cannot be found at any other observatory. The astronomy park with observatory is my private property and has nothing to do with the town of Kraichtal. The park is open all year round for educational purposes.
