Next to the tower is a small, abandoned, and rotten wooden shelter. It protected me from the rain after 12 km and provided the only place to sit so far.

At almost any time of the year you have a beautiful view of Kirchenehrenbach and the surrounding region from here

The Wallerwarte, a stone tower built in the 1930s, rises above Ebermannstadt. There is a great view of the Hetzleser Berg, the towns in the lower Wiesenttal and the Leinleitertal to Greifenstein Castle near Heiligenstadt.

From here you have the first view. Now it's not far up 🤗 catch one more breath on the bench and let's go!

There are a few benches in front of the Reifenberger Vexierkapelle with a remarkable view of the Walberla! You can hardly get enough of this foresight and this all-round view.

The ascent or descent from Walberla is rewarded with a fantastic view. The cross with the two benches to linger is not a summit cross, but rather a stopover with an excellent view of Kirchehrenbach when the weather is clear.

Beautiful up here on the cross! If you're lucky, you'll have the space to yourself, the view is wonderful!

After the first steep section there is a summit cross with two benches on the foothills. The view over the vast country is fantastic and Kirchehrenbach is at your feet.
