Staffelberg은 Gottesgarten am Obermain에서 가장 유명한 전망대 중 하나이며, 그럴 만한 이유가 충분합니다. 고원에서는 마인 계곡과 주변 프랑켄 지역의 광활한 풍경을 조망할 수 있습니다. 특히 주변의 눈에 띄는 고지대로 향하는 전망이 아름답습니다. 시야가 좋을 때는 Obermain 너머까지 멀리 볼 수 있으며, Staffelberg이 왜 이 지역의 고전적인 명소 중 하나인지 금방 알 수 있습니다. 고원에는 Staffelbergklause도 있어 하이킹 중 쉬어가기 좋습니다. Staffelberg은 Vierzehnheiligen 대성당, Banz 수도원과 함께 Gottesgarten am Obermain의 유명한 삼총사를 이룹니다. 이 지역의 절대적인 하이라이트이며, 올라갈 가치가 충분한 전망대입니다.

A magical world of rock formations opens up below the Ochsenkopf summit. One of these granite formations is the Weißmainfelsen with a height of 929 meters. Rock steps of different sizes lead to it. From the viewing plateau at the top you have a beautiful view of the Schneeberg massif with Nußhardt, See Hügel and Schneeberg. The group of rocks with a climbing facility can be reached from Bischofsgrün, from Karches and from Ochsenkopf via marked hiking trails.

There is a bench just below the tower. Ideal for snacks.

Not for nothing one of the most popular destinations in the Fichtelgebirge, whether on foot, by mountain bike or by chairlift, everyone gets their money's worth up here. Access to the Asenturm is free and definitely worth it. From here you have a wonderful view far into the Fichtelgebirge. A visit to the Asenturm restaurant is definitely a good idea, nice terrace and nice service, food and drinks at fair prices. Beautiful photo motifs are the landmark, the summit cross and the Goethefelsen.

Always a popular starting point and a great photo opportunity. The symbol of the Ochsenkopf is somewhat hidden not far from the mountain stations of the chairlifts. Pay attention to the signposts, the way there is signposted. From the landmark you have a wonderful view over the Fichtelgebirge.

Beautiful all-round view and in good weather you can see as far as the Fichtelberg and the Czech Republic, the Arber or the Rauhen Kulm.

With its new (built in 2012), 12-meter-high observation tower, the Hohe Kreuz – the highest point of the "hollow mountain" (522 + 12 m) – is now on par with the Adlerstein in height. The observation tower Hohes Kreuz on the Hohlen Berg, it is located on the hiking route between Muggendorf and Engelhardsberg, the approx. 12 meter high tower offers a good all-round view.
