나투르발트 훈슈톨렌 최고의 사이클링 경로

구시가지의 중심은 세 개의 작은 탑으로 장식된 시청이 있는 오버마르크트(Obermarkt)입니다. 오늘날 많은 기념물과 마찬가지로 이 건물도 계속해서 증축되고 변경되었습니다. 1300년경에 건설이 시작되었고, 1432년에 남쪽으로 확장되었으며, 1532년에 세 개의 탑이 있는 목골 구조가 추가되었고, 1674년경에야 바로크 양식의 외부 계단이 시청 건물을 완성했습니다. 오버마르크트에는 또한 대중적으로 "아이히스펠트 대성당"이라고도 불리는 성 키리아쿠스 교회(St.-Cyriakus-Kirche)가 있습니다. 풍부한 내부 장식과 두 개의 인상적인 탑을 갖춘 이 가톨릭 예배당은 1240년부터 1490년까지 지어졌습니다. 따라서 두더슈타트에서 가장 오래된 건물 중 하나로 꼽힙니다. 출처: https://www.ndr.de/ratgeber/reise/harz_suedniedersachsen/Duderstadt-Ausflug-ins-Mittelalter,duderstadt103.html

The bridge was part of the Leinefelde–Wulften railway line, also known as the Lower Eichsfeld Railway. The Wulften–Duderstadt section was opened on November 1, 1889.

Nickname "Bimmelbrücke": The bridge got its popular name because the train constantly rang its bell ("bimmelte") when crossing the iron Oder bridge to warn of the many unguarded level crossings.

Not much remains of it. These are ruins, some of which have been renovated. The lookout tower is closed, and there's no viewing platform or anything like that. Nevertheless, it's a good place to take a break (there are benches and a table) and enjoy the old ruins. An information panel is also available if you'd like to read a bit about the site.
