Excellent regional cuisine with delicious game and fish dishes, the likes of which you wouldn't expect in this remote part of Brandenburg. It's run with a very family-friendly atmosphere and a great deal of dedication. Be sure to go inside and don't be fooled by the exterior appearance!

The bridge in Molchow is elegantly constructed and replaces the previous "rustic" bridge. Beautiful view of the Tetzensee (north) and the Molchowsee (south). The village square of Molchow is quiet and tranquil. The bell tower from 1692 is also mentioned by Fontane in 1892 as "eerie and grotesque"; I thought it was beautiful!

A great guesthouse, delicious food, comfortable rooms, a large and well-kept beer garden, very friendly hosts, a very well-developed network of cycle paths and all of this in beautiful nature - what else do you need for a relaxing holiday? Of course, it's also perfect as a day trip destination if you're in the area.

The Kargarbach connects the Dollgowsee with the Kagarsee and has a beautiful wooden bridge right at this point. The view in both directions of the canal is very idyllic. The stream bed is in a depression, so when you leave the bridge there is an ascent in both directions. But there are covered benches on both ascents 😜
