An impressive fountain with many different sculptures to discover. It's located in the garden of the art museum.

Great for cycling good paths

Stursbøl Plantage is located on a ridge where there are only a few streams to cross. Therefore, the area has likely been used by travelers for thousands of years. The connection to early history becomes particularly clear in the total of 70 Bronze Age burial mounds, which border the various routes of the Ochsenweg.

Very nice trails that are created here.

In front of this beautiful building sits a strange and controversial sculpture: The Troll who smells the flesh of Christians. This Danish art museum specializes in symbolism and new art. Created in 1924, it houses, among others, the works of Niels Hansen Jacobsen, sculptor and ceramist of art nouveau, born in Vejen. The troll sculpture is one of his many creations.

This course has completely changed. Many trees have been felled and thinned out, my favorite ramp stands as a pillar in the chaotic forest. I don't recommend this course at the moment, maybe a lot will change.

The Poul la Cour Foundation, which was founded on March 25, 2000, aims to secure Poul la Cour's research center in Askov for posterity, to establish a museum on site, and to collect knowledge related to the history of wind power.
