The official name is Lange Weidsche Boezem and is part of the drainage system of the Hoogheemraadschap De Stichtse Rijnlanden and runs from the Dubbele Wiericke to the Hollandse IJssel.

The Haastrechtse Molen is a historic polder mill in Haastrecht, South Holland. Built in 1862, it originally served to drain the Vlistpolder. It is a round stone mill with a thatched roof. Today, the mill is operational and is often used on a voluntary basis for educational and cultural purposes.

Of course, I have to like this one, because it's named after my dad, a huge cycling fan. 😊 But seriously, it's a great bridge for crossing the RandstadRail on your racing bike.

It's also nice to see when the bridge is open and a large object has to pass through (see photo).
