Open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The cows are closed off to the public and can only be visited by tour. I received a very warm welcome at the farm and in the shop.

The Nieuwe Sluis connects the Schiedamse Schie with the Lange Haven at the Dam. The lock is clad in natural stone and still contains some of the original balustrade railings. The lock contains two natural stone inscription plates with the dates 1778 and 1779. It was constructed by the then city architect Rutger van Bol'es. Since 1969, the object has been registered as a national monument in the monument register.
