The Mermaid of Möltenort is a well-known sculpture on Möltenort Beach, serving as inspiration for hiking and cycling routes in the region around Möltenort and Heikendorf. It's a local attraction used as a destination for walks and tours. However, it's so inconspicuously small that it's easily overlooked.

If you ride your bike too fast you can easily miss this little part.

Even more natural is the Bottsand nudist beach, just a few hundred meters away, between the bird sanctuary and the Heidkate.
