The Roque de los Muchachos Observatory (ORM) boasts an impressive and photogenic telescope array. Over 20 telescopes are set up here, exploring the universe. The ORM is one of the largest observatories in the world. Nowhere else will you feel so close to the stars.

At the end of the street, there's a free parking lot. From here, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the deep blue Atlantic (weather permitting, of course). Park your car here and walk down to Puerto de Santo Domingo, where there's a beautiful, albeit small, natural seawater pool. It's definitely worth it!

The Church of Our Lady of La Luz is located in Santo Domingo, the capital of Garafca. The 16th century shrine is the most important religious monument in the municipality.
