The Mirador del Espigón del Roque at Roque de los Muchachos actually consists of two viewpoints, the second of which feels even further out over the caldera rim. To reach it, you should definitely have a head for heights, as the narrow path leads you along the edge of the precipice, making you feel like you're flying. The view is equally fantastic from both spots. On a clear day, you can see the three neighboring islands of Tenerife, La Gomera, and El Hierro. It can get quite crowded, with many people wanting to experience these breathtaking views. When I was there, the visitors seemed awestruck and silently enjoyed the panorama. It was wonderfully quiet.

It currently looks very neglected.

The Gofio Mill in Las Tricias is a restored windmill building over a hundred years old, now serving as the Museum of Gofio Interpretation (MIGO). It was opened to the public in 2016 to explain gofio, a traditional Canarian staple food. Visitors can explore the mill's original structure and machinery, learn about the traditional production of gofio from roasted grains, and discover its cultural significance.

These are truly special trees that are unfortunately becoming very rare.

The Buracas Caves are a prehistoric and ethnographic site on the island of La Palma, located near Las Tricias. The archaeological site consists of natural caves that were once inhabited, necropolises, and three groups of geometric petroglyphs.
