This is one of the most beautiful sections of the Drac and Isère greenways around Grenoble. In spring, it smells of hay, I love it.

The castle is not open to the public. It's a shame, as the site is exceptional. The earliest remains date back to the 14th century, when the castle was owned by the Bishop of Grenoble. Today, it is privately owned.

The wall that every cyclist in Grenoble knows. It's only two kilometers long, but its terrifying gradients, which can exceed 20%, make it an essential training spot.
