Barn Owl, a work of pure land art, sits majestically along the Peenacker hiking trail in Berthen. This barn owl, measuring over 3.5 meters tall, is an impressive sculptural installation created from natural elements of the Flemish Mountains. It blends harmoniously into the Flemish landscape and territory, offering an artistic experience that awakens wonder. Its objective goes beyond aesthetics, highlighting local biodiversity to educate and surprise visitors of all ages. Liprandi Rodolpho; Italian artist born in Trieste in 1994. A graduate in Sculpture from the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, he specializes in creating Land Art sculptural works depicting animals. These unique installations are the result of an in-depth exploration of the relationship between humans and nature. Using local natural materials, the artist conducts an artistic investigation aimed at raising awareness, educating and promoting the natural heritage of the areas where he works.

The name "Catsberg" refers to a Germanic tribe, the Chatti (in Latin Chatti or Catti), who first appeared in history in the last years before the beginning of our era. In 162 and 170, the Chatti entered the history books once more as aggressors with their invasions of present-day southern Germany and Belgium. There were once about twenty windmills on the top of the Kasselberg. The last mill caught fire on October 30, 1911, which could be seen far and wide. In 1947, the Ruytoor mill in Arneke was purchased by the local Syndicat d'Initiative, to be opened to the public on July 14, 1949. The mill has two different facilities: it functions as a flour mill, which produces organic flour.
