Located on the Véloccinatine (Véloroute 84) between Béziers and Bédarieux, this section of road is a true paradise. It runs along the (very busy!) road to Bédarieux, crossing the sublime vineyards of the region. It's quite simple: traffic is almost non-existent, and as long as you are comfortable on some gravel, this road is the most beautiful to enter or leave Béziers.

The Theatre, inaugurated in 1844, with an Italian-style room, is one of the only structures in France dating from this period to have retained its original aesthetics. This reservoir was built in the late 1980s to control and regulate the fluctuating masses of the Herault River.

The Vailhan Castle ruins perch on a mountain just above the city. You can only walk to her and have to climb a narrow, sometimes very steep path. Definitely worth the view.
