We sign up to go bowling there once a year. There hasn't been a hot meal for a few years now, because the friendly and relaxed host is there alone. For us, it's always a trip back in time, just because of the decor and the many relics of the past on the walls.

A wonderful path! At times it is narrow and overgrown. Very idyllic - but you should still carry out a careful tick check after the hike.

The construction of today's church in Roggenburg dates back to 1635.

The Albach path chapel The chapel stands on a feeder road to the Way of St. James, which leads from Basel via Kleinlützel and Soyhières to Delémont. The view over the Passwang area is fantastic. Although the chapel is only a few square meters in size, there is a detailed interior with an altar. There is even a small figure of a Black Madonna on a side wall in a wall niche.
