Superb castle. It has been beautifully restored. We can see the different years of restoration and what a titanic job! We project ourselves according to the past centuries. The garden is very well done because it is from 1995. Bravo!

The church was built from 1088 by St Geoffroy. There he founded a monastery of canons of the order of St Augustine, of which he was the prior. The pure Romanesque style church is built with massive blocks of hewn granite. The Collegiate owes its construction thanks to Aredius (founder of the city). It was indeed in the 6th century that he had a monastery built in the courtyards of Villa Attanum. The portal of the bell tower represents limousine arches (curvatures). The Gothic portal of the South is surmounted by a Christ in Majesty dating from the 12th century. This collegiate is classified as a historical heritage in 1840.
