Nice walk through the village and to the cemetery

Entry costs €10.00 (adults) or €5.00 (children). Tours that are well worth seeing are always in the afternoon every half hour from 2:30 p.m.

Ségur-le-Château has been awarded the label of the most beautiful villages in France. It is situated on a peninsula of Auvezère. Today the remains of the castle from the 12./13. Century like the keep of the fortified castle, but also the stone and half-timbered houses with turrets. Ségur-le-Château is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in the rich past between the 15th and 18th centuries.

Very beautiful lake near Saint-Yrieix. The walk around the lake is very pleasant.

15th century fortified house, restored by the town of Saint-Yrieix. Temporary exhibitions during the summer. Open to visitors from July 1 to August 31, 2019, every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

It is around the collegiate church of Moustier that Saint-Yriex was built, classified city "Most Beautiful Detours of France". Its origins date back to the 6th century and there are still many reliquaries there. It is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.
