India Point Park spans 18 acres and is a gem in the city's heart, with beautiful trees and picturesque walking paths. Situated along the 3,600-foot shoreline where the Seekonk and Providence Rivers converge and widen into Narragansett Bay, it provides the only public access to this broad and stunning stretch of the Bay shoreline.

Located along the Providence riverside, Memorial Park is a touching, sculpture filled park paying tribute to those that gave their lives during wars and conflicts around the world.

You get a great view over Olney Pond from here. You're also right next to Frank Moody State Beach, in case you need a break or want to head down to the sand and get in the water.

Explore this natural park boasting numerous water features, a museum dedicated to natural history, a zoo, and various recreational activities tailored for children. It's an ideal destination for a day immersed in nature.

The George B. Parker Woodland Wildlife Refuge is home to trails that pass through the forest on historic carriage roads that are now great double-track trails for trail runs. The paths are lined with rock formations and year round streams that make this refuge feel like a distant wilderness.

At just over 120 acres, Warwick City Park plays host to sporting fields, beach access, running paths, and a handful of other recreational amenities. There are two main parking areas within the park's boundaries that offer trail access, and all the paths within the park are entirely paved and easy to follow.

Goddard State Park is most well known for its expansive beach access and multitude of forest trails. There are also sporting fields, a nature center, and the opportunity to take part in a bunch of other recreational activities. If taking to the trails, be ready to experience some bridal paths that travel from beach to beach and viewpoint to viewpoint.

You might get one of the better views of Sweet Pond from here. There's a rideable "sort-of loop" around it, but the trail gets pretty far away from the water in places.
