The small town of Lichtensteig is certainly one of the most beautiful places in Eastern Switzerland. In 2023, it won the Wakker Prize for its efforts to preserve the beautiful town center. In the center, there are many manufacturers where you can fortify yourself for the next few kilometers on your bike.
