Hello, I was inspired by these tracks for a road bike ride. I had to dismount to cross the Renâcle peninsula, the footbridge, and reach Espinet beach. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant ride on quiet, quiet roads. Thanks to the trackers.

Beautiful asphalt road, in the Rance valley, between Saint-Étienne-de-Maurs and Roannes-Saint-Mary. Numerous signs, intended for cyclists, announcing the difference in altitude have been installed on the shoulders. In the fall, watch out for chestnuts on the road!

With a restaurant and public restrooms nearby, this picnic area is the perfect place to stop or have lunch during your hike.

This lake is the largest artificial lake in the Lot department. With this varied plan, the shores of this lake make for an excellent hiking trail.

Himalayan footbridge of 124 meters, which crosses the Lake of St Etienne Cantalès to connect the beaches of Espinet and Rénac.

In the fall, watch out for chestnuts on the road... Magnificent valley, easy to do... At the top of the hill turn right, direction Marcoles, Calvinet and the loop is complete...

Body of water with many facilities: playground for children, picnic tables, barbecues. A 1.7 km trail circles the lake.
