Next to the town hall, which burned down in 1657, it was rebuilt on a single storey in 1605, and heightened in 1893 while preserving the baroque central portal and the two-flight staircase. To the west is the late classicist estate, built in 1834/35 by Friedrich Christian Heylmann from Altona.

The registry office Itzehoe is located in the beautiful historic town hall of the city. The magnificent, white building on the market from the 17th century and the pretty rows of houses opposite in the small city center form a wonderful backdrop for the wedding day.
