In Bosschenhoofd is the Heilig Hart van Jezuskerk. This was built in 1927 by W. te Riele to replace an older church from 1886. After war damage, the church was provided with a new facade and tower in traditional style by Jacques Hurks in 1946.

The Seppe retreat house was a monastery building in Bosschenhoofd, located at Pastoor van Breugelstraat 55. The neo-Gothic complex was founded in 1911 and opened in 1912. It was led by the Redemptorist Fathers. The Little Sisters of Saint Joseph also settled there. Groups of people, including students and the like, could hold a retreat here.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus Church is the Catholic church of Bosschenhoofd. It is located at Pagnevaartdreef 1. After a school was opened in 1882 and the parish was founded, the church of Bosschenhoofd followed in 1886, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The architect was Jan Jurien van Langelaar. The building pastor was Johannes van Breugel, after whom the Pastoor van Breugelstraat is named. When the parish was founded, Bosschenhoofd had 600 parishioners, almost the entire population. The church was built at a cost of 21,000 guilders. The third pastor, Andreas Smits, was fairly well-off. For example, he owned Bosschenhoofd's first car in 1919. He had a new, larger church built from his own resources, which was consecrated in 1927. The architect was Wolter in Riele. The church was damaged by war in 1944, but restored in 1946 by Jacques Hurks, who provided the church with a new front and tower in traditionalist style. The church was restored in 2008. The town of Bosschenhoofd got its own station, but this was probably named Seppe in the railway timetables, after a well-known tavern in the area. After renovations in 1885 and 1915, the building acquired its current form. The station building was converted into a home in 1941, with a small part still in use as a block post until 1972. In 1989 the building became temporarily vacant, but after a few years it was given a new purpose as the flower boutique "De Goudsbloem".

In this area you will find several peat pits filled with water, which were created by excavating the peat for peat extraction.

LOURDES CAVE, built after the apparition of Mary to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858. Renovated in 1904, the cave is part of the complex of the former brotherhood of the Brothers of Saint Louis.
