Forest path

The boardwalk has been repaired and reopened in August 2025

The boardwalk is still closed, even in dry weather the path is too dangerous to enter. But with the map you can walk a bit to get back on the route.

I think a little less water would be better for some trees, but it would still be a beautiful sight.

After our Friday afternoon walk, we didn't feel like sitting in traffic. We stopped here for a bite to eat and didn't regret it. Excellent menu and service. We'd love to come back again.

Going for a walk there again. The path along the Galdersedreef fen is impassable, a large swimming pool, ducks swam across the path. Let's hope that forest management will do something about this, because otherwise you will never be able to pass by there again, I'm afraid.
