Memorial, unfortunately again current

St. Mark's Church was built as a basilica in the early 13th century and remodeled into its current form as a three-aisled Gothic hall church from around 1430 to 1520. This Hessian cultural monument now serves as the parish church of the Protestant St. Mark's Church congregation. Its inventory includes a Romanesque baptismal font from the first half of the 13th century and the landgravial crypt from 1620–1622. It is a very interesting church located in the center of Butzbach. It is only a few steps to the market square.

The Markuskirche in Butzbach is a Protestant church. The church was originally built in the 13th century. In the 14th and 15th centuries it was rebuilt to its current appearance.

Nice view of Münzenberg Castle, but it's even more beautiful on site, it's worth going there.
