The historic town hall was built in 1577. In 1903, the building underwent a major renovation and received its stone ground floor. The upper floor was clad with shingles on three sides. Beautiful decorative half-timbering is visible on the eastern gable end. As the former center of village life, the building served several functions. It was a courthouse, a meeting hall, and the seat of the local government. The ground floor housed the fire engine, the night watchman's quarters, and a small jail cell. Today, the town library is located in the building. Carillon: daily at 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 9:00 p.m., as well as at 7:00 p.m. in summer and 6:00 p.m. in winter.
