The Sibyllenquelle naturally regulates circulation, balances blood pressure, promotes blood flow, and counteracts physical and mental stress. The Sibyllenquelle is available both in the individual tub (100% carbonated mineral healing water) and, at a concentration of 30-70%, is added to the healing water bathing area. The healing water is fed from here to the Sibyllenbad.

Ringelfelsen rock formation. This is one of the largest rock formations in the surrounding area. The Friends of Nature House is built directly on the rock here, with a lovely covered seating area.

The Muglbach stream has carved this depression into the landscape, which Bad Neualbenreuth's tourism managers have dubbed "Thought Valley." The path leads through the forest on the slope above the stream. Here, in the Upper Palatinate countryside, you can truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and indulge your thoughts while taking a walk or hike.

The Sibyllenbad spa in Bad Neualbenreuth, Bavaria's newest spa, is located near the Bohemian spa triangle. The spa complex features a medical department with medical care, as well as a fango and bathing area. Here, the radon- and carbonic acid-rich mineral springs, as well as natural fango, are administered. The medical services are complemented by physiotherapy, massages, physical therapy, and exercise therapy, including in the 34- to 36-degree warm healing water. Guests can find rest and relaxation in the recently renovated healing water bathing area with an outdoor bathing area, or in the wellness area with eight different saunas and a unique oriental bathing temple in the style of a Turkish hammam.

The visit is definitely worth it, even though all the books have currently been moved to storage. Renovation is underway, as is clearly evident from the cracks in the ceiling.

The 653-meter-high Ringelfelsen (also known as the Rinnlstein) is geologically part of the Waldsassen Slate Mountains. It is composed of phyllite and was formed in the Cambrian period, approximately 541 to 485 million years ago. The name likely derives from a spring and the small stream emerging from it, marking the boundary. This "rinne" (channel) from the Rinelbrunnen (rinel fountain), which flowed onto the Rinnlwiesen (rinel meadows), gave the Rinnlstein its name in the late 19th century. Over time, the large stone near the Rinelbrunnen gradually became the Ringelfelsen (ringel rock). A wooden hut was built at this popular hiking destination in 1947, but was replaced by a brick hut after a fire. Since 1977, a cross has adorned the overhanging rock face.
