Le Bois-les-Damesは、驚きに満ちた場所の一つです。リエージュからわずか数キロ離れただけで、深い森から開けた荒野へ、小さな小川から粘板岩の草原へと景色が変わり、場所によってはヴェスドル渓谷の美しいパノラマが広がります。野生的ながらも、驚くほど街に近い風景です。ありきたりでないハイキングを好む人にとって、素晴らしい発見となるでしょう。

ショーフォンテーヌの森の奥深くにある悪魔の橋は、人を惹きつけるのと同じくらい興味をそそります。 乾いた石でできたこの小さなアーチは、粘板岩の岩の上に置かれ、森の真ん中にほとんど不釣り合いに見えます。そして、すべての良い「悪魔の橋」のように、それには伝説があります… このハイキングに神秘的な雰囲気を加える、個性豊かな道です。

This spectacular ridge walk follows the rocky heights above the Ourthe valley and offers several breathtaking views, including the iconic La Roche aux Faucons. The route winds through forest, over stony paths and past clearings where you can spot lizards and orchids bloom in spring. Along the way you pass three viewpoints, two of which have benches. The paths are well marked but sometimes narrow and uneven – sturdy shoes are recommended!

At 220 metres high, this limestone cliff offers breathtaking views over the meandering Ourthe valley near Esneux. Once a breeding ground for peregrine falcons, this natural monument is now a protected landscape and one of the most beautiful panoramas in Wallonia. Accessible via the Sentier des Crêtes and other hiking trails, the site offers peace, space and a touch of wilderness.

Parc du Mary is a vast forest area of approximately 100 hectares on the western slope of the Ourthe valley, within walking distance of the centre of Esneux. The park offers a mix of deciduous forest, ponds, streams and gently sloping paths, ideal for walkers, joggers and nature lovers.

A quiet, wooded park on the edge of Esneux, ideal for a relaxing walk or trail run. The loop-shaped route of approx. 8 km takes you past majestic trees, ponds and babbling brooks. The path is largely unpaved and offers a mix of serene nature and slight elevation changes

The Roche aux Faucons (translated into Dutch: Falcon Rock) is a viewpoint on a rock in the municipality of Neupré in the Belgian province of Liège. The rock is located southeast of Boncelles and northwest of Esneux. The rock rises steeply above a meander of the Ourthe. The rock consists of a ridge with the Ourthe at the foot of the rock on the south side. On the north side of the ridge is a small valley with a river that flows behind the ridge high above the Ourthe. At some point, that river disappears into a sinkhole to flow underground to the Ourthe.
