ヴィラ・クレリチとその公園の複合施設は、ナヴィリオ・グランデの岸辺に面しています。このヴィラは、クリヴェッリ家の所有であった古代の貴族の邸宅の跡地に建てられています。古い歴史文書によると、18世紀の特徴を持つ庭園があり、ナヴィリオに向かって傾斜するテラスと、船着き場エリアにつながる壮大な階段がありました。18世紀には、この複合施設は特に建築的価値があり、庭園と並木道は手入れが行き届き、彫像で飾られていました。経済的な困難のため、19世紀中にクレリチ家はヴィラと庭園の両方を手放さざるを得なくなりました。所有者は建物を紡績工場/織物工場に変え、内部を変更し、庭園を放棄しました。1960年代には、ティチーノ公園から寄贈された樹木で庭園が植えられました。今日に至るまで、植物の野生的な成長は、庭園の元の建築にも部分的に損傷を与えていますが、

Due to financial difficulties, during the 19th century, the Clerici family was forced to sell both the villa and the garden. The new owners transformed the property into a spinning mill/weaving mill, modifying the interior and abandoning the garden. In the 1960s, the garden was planted with trees donated by the Ticino Park; to this day, the uncontrolled growth of the plants has partially damaged the garden's original architecture, although overall it retains a remarkable example of 17th-century architecture that evokes the splendor and magnificence of those times. The current parish church stands on the same site as the older church, also dedicated to Saint Cassian and, since the 16th century, to Saint Hippolytus.
