Ficuzza, a hamlet of Corleone, is a small center that clustered around the hunting lodge commissioned by Ferdinand IV of Bourbon in 1803. All the activity of the village takes place around the open space in front of the "palace". From here you can follow various paths - really well maintained - which branch off within the Bosco di Ficuzza Reserve

It's an area near the trail. You pass between two rock walls for a total of about 10 metres. Simple enough. Be careful, it is almost always in the shade and therefore humid and you can slip. Boots well laced and lean against the rock.

The Romito cave is a small suggestive corner from which you can enjoy a wonderful panorama. From the path you almost reach the foot of the cave itself but the last 20 meters are a little more complex and you need to be a little physically ready. You have to climb and use your hands. A trekking shoe is essential.
