Citadel in all its splendor

Cittadella, a town suspended in time!! Highly recommended

Beautiful town still completely fortified, absolutely worth seeing

Porta Bassano located on the north side is quite impressive. This immediately brings you into the story of how a city could be closed off to enemy armies.

Porta Vicenza located on the western side of the city provides access to the city. The gate is characterized by three entrance arches. The tallest tower is 25 meters high. Beautiful example of medieval architecture.

There is no better location to attend open-air performances. The inspiration is taken from the Roman era.

After paying €5 you can enjoy the beautiful views. The city walls, with its 32 towers, have a length of 1461 meters. Access to the walls is only possible via the tourist information point.

A few kilometers from Padua, Vicenza and Treviso stands Cittadella, a splendid walled city of medieval origins. The walls can be visited with a panoramic walk at a height of 15 metres. Not to be missed, beyond the entrance gates to the city, are the cathedral, the town hall and the convent.
